SYLO CORP. has established the following policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users’ personal information and rights, and to smoothly handle users’ complaints related to personal information. The SYLO CORP. Privacy Policy is subject to change due to changes in government laws and guidelines or changes in SYLO CORP.’s internal policies, and if the Privacy Policy is revised, it will be announced through website notices (or individual notices).

"Privacy Policy" refers to the guidelines that the company must comply with so that users can use the service with peace of mind.
SYLO provides this Privacy Policy in accordance with the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea and the privacy protection regulations and guidelines that personal information processors must observe.



1.Overview and Purpose

SYLO Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") places great importance on users’ personal information and does its utmost to comply with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how the personal information of users is collected, used, and protected in connection with the mobile game SNAPIXEL: Infinite Universe (hereinafter referred to as "this game" or "the Service") provided by the Company. Through this, users can understand how their personal information is processed, and this policy applies to the use of this game.



2.Personal Information Items Collected

Since this game does not require its own membership registration and uses external login methods, it only collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the service. The main personal information items collected are as follows:
* External Account Login Information: When a user authenticates with an external platform account such as Google Login, Apple Login, Google Play Game Services, or Apple Game Center, the user identifier (ID), nickname (profile name), and (if provided by the platform) email address are obtained from that platform. (Sensitive information such as passwords is not collected, and the information is used only for external authentication.)
* Payment Information: When using in-app purchases through Google Play Store or Apple App Store in this game, information collected for payment approval and processing includes purchase items, transaction identifiers (payment ID), payment date, etc. (Financial information such as credit card numbers is handled by Google/Apple as the payment intermediary, and the Company does not collect or store that financial information.)
* Advertising Usage Information: This game integrates Google AdMob SDK for the provision of reward-based ads. Accordingly, to provide rewards for ad viewing and serve personalized ads, ad identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), device information (OS version, device model, etc.), IP address, and other information related to ad provision, as well as records of ad viewing, may be collected.
In addition, if a user voluntarily provides personal information for customer support inquiries, etc. (e.g., an email address in email inquiries), that information may be collected. In principle, the Company does not require or collect personal information beyond the scope specified above.



3.Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company uses the personal information collected for the following purposes, and collected information is not used for any purpose other than those specified. If the purpose of use changes, users will be asked for prior consent.
* Account Authentication and Service Provision: The external platform login information is used to authenticate the user’s game account, link or store game data, and maintain the user’s progress in the game. This allows users to continue their game record even after changing devices or reinstalling the game.
* Game Operation and Customer Support: Using account identifiers, the Company responds to user inquiries or requests, monitors fraudulent use, and performs activities such as preventing violations of the Terms of Use and maintaining security. Also, if necessary, the user’s contact information may be used to deliver notices (e.g., customer inquiry response emails).
* Advertising Provision and Analysis: Advertising identifiers and device information provided by Google AdMob or other ad networks are used to offer users personalized reward-based ads, and to provide rewards based on whether ads are viewed. In this process, the collected advertising-related information may also be used for statistical analysis to measure ad effectiveness and improve services.
* Payment Processing and Purchase Support: Payment information collected during in-app purchases, such as the transaction ID, is used to confirm and process the transaction. This ensures accurate delivery of purchased items or content, and assists in providing customer support and handling refund requests in case of payment errors. Additionally, payment records are retained for dispute resolution and accounting purposes.



4.Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

The Company retains personal information until the purpose of collection and use is achieved or until the user withdraws consent. Unless otherwise specified, personal information is, in principle, retained for one year from the time of collection, and if the user does not use the service for one year or requests withdrawal, the information is promptly destroyed. However, if relevant laws require retaining certain information for a specified period, the Company securely stores that information for the required period.
When destroying personal information, it is deleted in a secure manner that prevents recovery or restoration. Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that make restoration impossible, and paper documents, if any, are shredded or incinerated. If a user requests the deletion of their account, all related personal information is immediately destroyed after undergoing a verification process.



5.Location of Personal Information Processing and Protective Measures

Users’ personal information is stored on secure servers located in the Republic of Korea. The Company implements the following protective measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
* Safe Storage of Data: Personal information is stored on secure servers equipped with firewalls and intrusion detection systems, and important information is encrypted for storage.
* Access Control: Access to personal information is restricted to the minimum necessary personnel, and internal staff must undergo a strict approval process to access personal information. Access logs are also regularly checked to detect any unauthorized access.
* Security for Data Transmission: When it is necessary to transmit personal information via a network, SSL or equivalent encryption protocols are used for secure transmission.
* Staff Training and Management: The Company provides regular security training to employees who handle personal information and has established an internal management plan to clarify responsibilities and procedures for personal information protection.
* Other Protective Measures: The Company maintains up-to-date antivirus software and applies security patches and other technical measures to prevent leaks of personal information caused by hacking or viruses.
The Company continuously manages and supervises these measures to protect users’ personal information from loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage.



6.Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not, in principle, provide users’ personal information to third parties, nor does it sell or arbitrarily share such information externally. However, in the following cases, personal information may be provided as an exception:
* If the user has given prior consent to the provision of personal information to a third party
* If there is a request from a competent authority under the provisions of the law, or a request for investigation is made under formal procedures in accordance with the law
Except in these cases, the Company does not use or provide the collected personal information beyond the scope consented to by the user. (Note that the Google and Apple login, payment, and advertising services used in this game are integrated to offer convenience to the user, and only the minimum information necessary is provided to these services. Even in such cases, the information is used only within the scope described in this policy.)



7.Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information in compliance with domestic laws related to personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. By agreeing to provide personal information in order to use this game’s services, users grant the Company the legal basis to collect and use such information. Additionally, the Company processes users’ personal information in accordance with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy as needed, and any collected personal information is used only within the scope of the stated purposes.



8.User Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users have the following rights regarding their personal information:
* Right to Request Access and Correction: Users may request access to their personal information held by the Company, and if there is any discrepancy or error, they may request corrections.
* Right to Request Deletion and Suspension of Processing: Under certain conditions (e.g., when the purpose of collecting or using personal information has been achieved or when consent is withdrawn), users may request the Company to delete or suspend the processing of their personal information.

10.Other

This Privacy Policy may be amended due to changes in legislation or the content of the service. If the Company changes this policy, changes will be announced in advance and the revised details and effective date will be specified. Notices will be delivered to users through in-game notifications, postings on the official website, or other appropriate means. For significant changes that greatly affect users’ rights, the Company will announce them at least 30 days in advance; for other important changes, at least 7 days in advance. The amended Privacy Policy takes effect on the announced effective date.
