SYLO CORP.'s Terms of Use informs players that if they are classified as a minor under the laws of their country of residence, they must obtain consent to the Terms of Use from their legal guardian.

Note: Our games can be found on Google Play or the Apple App Store. When you download, you will see the recommended age indicated in the app description. However, these recommended ages and ratings are determined by a separate review body that determines the appropriate age of the content. For example, in the United States, movies are rated as G (suitable for all ages), PG (for parents), and PG-13 (for parents). This is a classification of games or animations. These ratings are performed independently by third parties and are not necessarily consistent with our Terms of Use.

How can I manage or disable in-app purchases?

All of SYLO CORP.'s games can be downloaded for free. Additionally, the game's "in-app purchases" feature is entirely optional to the player. In-app purchases are not required to play the game, but can be used to enhance various elements within the game. In-app purchase costs vary. For example, on the US App Store, prices range from $0.99 to $99.99 (excluding taxes).

In-app purchases are for real money and this is always clearly stated. In-app purchases can be accessed “in-game.” This means that the purchase process takes place within the game.

Important: You can easily manage in-app purchases, adjust password protection settings, and block in-app purchases entirely through the general settings on your mobile device. The method varies depending on whether you're using an Apple iOS device, such as an iPhone or iPad, or a Google Android device. The blocking method for each device is as follows:

Who manages in-app purchases?

SYLO CORP. does not have access to the in-app purchase process or credit card information. All transaction details are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on the device you are using, and payment information and personal information are managed by those companies. Your purchase receipt will be issued by Apple or Google via email. All post-purchase procedures are managed by Apple or Google and may change depending on Apple or Google's circumstances.

On other sites SYLO CORP. I've seen in-game merchandise for sale about the game. Can I purchase items from that site?

Websites promoting “free gems”, etc., SYLO CORP. Be wary of third-party websites that claim to sell game items. These sites try to extort your personal information or cash, and often don't deliver the in-game prizes they promise. The safest way to make in-app purchases is to access the game on your own device and make the purchase within the game. Selling, replenishing or trading in-game items through other sources is prohibited by our Terms of Use.

Your child accidentally made an in-app purchase. Can I get a refund?

As with most downloadable software products, items purchased within our games (in-app purchases) are essentially non-refundable. Of course, there are rare exceptions.

If you purchased on an Apple (iOS) device

If you purchased on an iOS device, SYLO CORP. cannot process a refund directly. Please visit the Apple Support website.

If you purchased on a Google (Android) device

Email support@sylocorp.com or contact Customer Support through “Help and Support” Please contact us. In your message, please specify the name of the game you purchased the item from and attach a receipt showing the transaction details. Please attach the purchase ID (example: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) visible at the bottom of the receipt. A transaction receipt will be sent to you via email by Google after each product transaction.

I received a bill for a purchase I never made. What should I do if I suspect fraud?

If you or your child owns SYLO CORP. If you believe that an unusual transaction has been made to your account even though you have never played a game, you should immediately contact Apple (iOS users) or Google (Android users), who handle the payment process.
