I’d like to reset my progress and start fresh in SNAPIXEL.

To completely start over in the game, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign out of your current account using the link below.
I want to sign out of the account I'm currently using.
2. The app will automatically restart.
3. When the sign in popup appears, select a sign in channel and sign in with a new account that hasn't been used in SNAPIXEL before.

You’ll now be able to enjoy the game from the very beginning.
If you’d like to return to your original account later, please refer to the link below.
It seems that I'm signed into the wrong account.


Request Your Personal Data

SYLO provides copies of your personal data, upon request, in electronic document format.

To request your data, please follow the steps below.
1. The account you’re requesting data for must match your SNAPIXEL sign in account.
We perform account security checks to ensure your personal information is not accessed by unauthorized individuals.
2. We can only send your information to your own verified email address, and the data will be provided in English.
We recommend using a computer to open and review the file.
3. You must download the data within 2 weeks of receiving the email.
After that period, the download link will expire and will no longer be accessible.

Please note that administrative fees may apply if you request additional copies of your personal data after the initial request.


Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

You may request SYLO to delete all information collected in connection with your game account.

To proceed with this request, your game account must be permanently closed and deleted.
This process will result in the loss of all in-game progress and currency, regardless of any real-money purchases.

If you simply want to start the game over, please refer to the link below for instructions.

We will completely delete your account and provide support.

If you no longer wish to play SNAPIXEL and want to erase all your records, you can delete your account.
To delete your account, please follow these steps:

Tap the [Settings] icon (gear-shaped) at the top right of the main menu.
Go to [Account] at the top, then tap your current sign in status.
Scroll down and tap [Delete Account] located below the [Need Help?] button.
Tap [Delete] to permanently delete your SNAPIXEL account.

Please be careful!
Deleting your account will permanently erase all game data, including your progress, currency, and purchase history.
This process cannot be undone by any means, so please make sure you really want to proceed before confirming.
