I can't find my progress in the game.
Does a stage you've already cleared appear as incomplete in SNAPIXEL, or does your progress look different from what you remember?
Have collected Pixy photos disappeared, or have your skill upgrades been reset?
If you're experiencing issues with your gameplay data, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Tap the [Settings] icon (gear-shaped) at the top right of the main menu.
Go to [Account] at the top, then tap your current sign in status.
If it shows that you're playing as a guest, this means you've been logged out and entered SNAPIXEL in guest mode. Try logging back in with the account you were previously using.
If it shows that you're logged into someone else's account, log out and sign back in using your own account. (This can happen if the device is shared by multiple users.)
